Delete your Gruvo account

This page explains how to delete your account and data from Gruvo, operated by GROOVOTECH S.A.S. (RUC 0195196559001), which operates the Gruvo brand.

1. Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way:

• Open Gruvo and sign in.
• Go to Settings (from your Profile) and tap "Delete account".
• Confirm with your password. If you signed in with Google, type your e-mail or the word DELETE.
• Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. Request deletion by e-mail

If you cannot access the app, write to [email protected] from the e-mail you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask for details to confirm the account is yours. We will delete your account and data within 30 days at most.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile: name, e-mail, phone, photo and sign-in method.
• Your vehicles, maintenance records and sale listings with their photos.
• If you are a provider: your business profile, logo, services and prices.
• Your push notification tokens and open sessions.
• The photos, location, address and notes of your service requests.

4. What is kept (without identifying you)

For legal and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes, we keep anonymized records shown as "Deleted user":

• Completed services, amounts and platform commissions.
• Ratings and reviews (without your name).
• Chat messages of completed services (without your name) and security / audit logs.
• Content reports you filed or received.

5. Before you delete

You cannot delete your account while you have active service requests or, if you are a provider, unpaid commission: finish or cancel those first. Deleting your account cannot be undone.
